Analytics" that looks beyond clickstream data. Born in Eastern Germany, and with a degree in Business Information Systems, Florian decided to follow communism around the world and, after working for
IBM as a IT specialist for web content management, joined the HKUST MBA program. After graduation he decided to hop on the China bandwagon and started to build his China expertise at Analysys
International, a local market research firm, before joining MRM Worldwide in early 2007.
